I am all in now and I am loving it. I still have some unpacking to do but I am in no hurry to get it unpacked, the boxes are stored in a storage building behind our house so they are not in the way in the house. I have not missed aynything that is stored away yet so I think I might not even need to unpack them at all, if they are still out there at the end of summer, I will be donating them to charity.
I have so much room here, it so wonderful. I have huge rooms and I am actually enjoying housework here and believe me that is something I never thought I would say, LOL.
Our next big project is getting the yard put in. We put our house in a big empty field so we have no yard at all. We are going to be putting a fence around our land and getting grass and flower beds in during the next few months. I can hardly wait. I have been itching to get my hands in the dirt, I have missed working in the yard over the winter.

It does sound nice. One of the reasons we bought this house was that I could build the garden from scratch. Have fun with your garden and new home, Kathy.

Me too Katybird!! We built our house and moved last August; by the time things were settled in the house, it was too late to do much with the yard. The new house is bigger than the previous house and we keep wondering how we got it all in before.LOL. Our first big yard project this spring is a big bed along the back porch for daylillies. (I love daylillies because the require little real care and bloom all season.)
