Do you consider investments as debt?
We just bought some property for an investment. We put it on our Home Equity Line of Credit. Do I count that amount as debt until next year (when we sell it) or should I consider that something else??
IDEALLY, we'd pay it off and keep the investment longer...but as it stand we'll be selling it in a year.

I'd still classify it has debt but like the above post, its a good debt as long as you make money off it.

I agree with the other two posters. Debt but good debt.
