    Default Kind of blew it!

Well this month debt reduction and frugality went a bit off. My new grand daughter was born on the third and I spent the last week at my DD helping to care for her, baby, the new daddy and the big sister! I spent a ton... Nothing that the kids asked for, just things I bought to help them out and because I wanted to! Now I need to get back on the band wagon for the rest of the month. So..... I pledge to stay out of the stores, to avoid babies R us and toys r us at all costs, to cook from scratch and to stick to the holiday budget. Ladies, remind me of this as the month progresses please! Shall do.

It was a lovely way to spend you hard earned dollars though.

It was a wonderful way to spend your money. We all splurge at one time or another.

I'm with everyone else...if you are going to spend money, that's a perfectly good reason to do it.

And getting back on the bandwagon shouldn't be too hard...we're here to help.

Thanks all! She is a little beauty and I am so thrilled with her. But tonight I kept my promise and did NOT stop at any stores even though I was sorely tempted!
