Default does anyone know of someone whjo is selling a small homestead near houston?

Hi...I hope that this is the right place to post this......dh pretty much has a new job" in the bag"....and that means that we have to relocate to the Houston area. We wish to live about 30 miles north of Houston and we will be needing to find a new place very very soon. We have been looking on the i-net and haven't found much that agrees with us...we need 5-10 acres...very few neighbors..secluded as possible. The house doesn't have to be perfect, but liveable with some minor fix ups would be okay...about 4 bedrooms...or 3 bedrooms with enough room to convert into 4 bedrooms(or more). My big question is this.....does anyone know of any foreclosures or know of someone who is selling their own place that would match this description? Any information would be appreciated. Thanks

I don't know of anything in that area, but wanted to wish you good luck on the move and congrats to your DH on the job!

Conroe or Spring are great areas about 20-25 miles north of Houston.
All our family lives in The Woodlands.
Can't wait to go back home!!!!

I just found this on foreclosures http://www.foreclosureworld.net/ looks to be a free service to sign up for. But you also need to have the zip code of an area you are looking at to search. Go here for that http://zip4.usps.com/zip4/citytown.jsp

Good luck and Congratulations to hubby!
