I don't just write about how to be fugal I DO actually LIVE it!
Let's just say those early years in that little house were very hard, but I learned those "life lessons" well and it has made me the creative frugal person I am today

I have about $6000 in school loans and hubby has about 23,000 for his truck he just got. Other than that we don't have any credit card debt or any other kind of debt.

About $13,000. House paid for. Once youngest son graduates college, we'll feel like millionaires! LOL

My home and vehicles are paid for. We bought some land for investments, we have it paid down now to 67200. (approx.) We are a lot slower in getting it paid off then we used to be, but we now also have 2 children.

The rates just keep rising on our LOC, so we are trying to be creative and put as much as humanly possible towards it.
Our goal is to pay it all off and hold onto the land for years and years. However, it's nice to know that it stressed us out too much we could easily sell them for a profit (not as much), and get rid of All debt.

I don't know the EXACT numbers, but about $25,000 on the mortgage, about $6,000 on the truck, and about $4,000 on our HVAC system.

I had to vote in the 100,000-200,000 range and that is only our mortgage.

I would say about 90,000 or under. Thats with the mortgage. But hopefully that will change this year. We want to sell and then buy a house with what the profit is. So we'll see.
