    Default Property on Ebay?

    I hope this is OK to ask!

    I was looking at property on ebay nd saw several that you are "bidding on your downpayment" and then making payments to the seller for 12-24 months. Some of the land in Montana, New Mexico, and Texas is very inexpensive- where I live in Washington a city lot is about $60,000- while you can get 5 acres in Montana for $6000.

    Does anyone know if there are any legitimate land sellers on ebay? I know, nothing is ever certain, but I'm really interested in actually owning some land for the future. I want to homestead... that just won;t be possible where I live now.
