My payment went down:)
We got out escrow analysis and it went down for the first time. Only fifteen dollars, but that's fifteen dollars more that will go directly to principle. Our original mortgage payment was $725 a month and a real savings over renting, but it's gone up and up the past two years. Thankfully, we'll be able to get a little extra in. I know it's not a lot, but every little bit helps
