We have a tenant!!!
Affter 7 months of paying 2 mortgages, we may finally have a tenant!
I am so relieved, this means $800.00 per month freed up for that nasty credit card debt!!!

Thanks!! We still pay some of the mortgage, but the tenant will pay most of it.
I am sending them a welcome basket too!
We have a pretty good property management company too.
Now, we can sock that extra money to pay off the debt we owe!!!
