Default Cell PHONES - and Credit report

I am curious as to whether if a cell phone account is cancelled by a cell-phone company, does this show up on your credit report?
I had a cell phone closed and the bill has been paid off ( I did this recently) but since it may be to soon to show up on my credit report.

    Christina -

Not sure where you are but I know here when you miss payment(s) on your cell phone and it goes to a collection agency it does lower your credit score. If they cancel your phone on you then it definately looks negative. If you cancelled it and had a remaining balance I think you're alright. Hope that helps.
