    Wink c.c question?

Hubby may be getting a $500 xmas bonus, all the boys get one every year for the last 10 years. And some said they get it even the first year they were there. Sooooo if he gets it I wanna know whats better?
    On a 2 payments of $100 amonth for $800 balance for 28%
    or one payment of $200.
were using the other $300 some for groceries and some for alittle bill.
If he gets the bonus like the boys told him, dont worry we never count our chickens before they hatch lol

I would definitely make the larger payment. 28.8% is a high interest rate, so you want to get that paid down as much as possible so that you pay less interest in the long run.
Congrats on the bonus, I hope you get it!

I would make one two hundred dollar payment. At least it saves you a stamp!

I would also make the 1 lump sum payment, with an interest rate that high the more you pay at one time the better.

One larger payment, the smaller you can get the total owed the better. Good for you both!

sorry i took so long ladies to answer back, bad spyware somewheres in the puter the last few days, finally got it cleared it up.
yeahhhhhhhhhh for us $500 today with his paycheck. But he has to find out if the week of xmas if he's getting paid for that whole week or only for Monday and Tuesday, 25th and 26th. Then he'll have to save the bonus to make up the paycheck.
But if he gets paid for the week, Were going to put $400 on one c.c., the other $100 on groceries to stock up the freezer.
