    Default Funny phonecall...

    We got a call last night from our oil company saying that they are surprised at how little oil we have used since having our heat on in OCT. Since that time we have used a little less then half tank. So dh explains to them that we were going to call them and have them put oil in the tank and that we have a woodburning stove so we dont use the oil all the time.
    Now since this is our first yr in the house we werent established with the oil company so when we went on the budget payment they based it on other houses this size and our payment has been 4145 a month. Well we have a $725 credit. Anyway, the came and put oil in today which was $290 so we still have a $435 credit and they are reworking our budget payment to reflect our usage so it will be less. Not sure yet how much but it will be less!!!

    Wow, I'd say you've done extremely well keeping warm w/o burning the oil!
