We owe around $160k on our home. We considered selling it about a year ago and had a realtor out. He thought we could easily sell the house for $420k. So I guess about $260k? Amazing, I had never really thought about it before.

Well we bought this house for $93,000 and it is now apprased for $210,000 so we have about $117,000 plus what we have paid over the last 8 years towards the mortgage.
Don't plan to use it but that is what we have right now.

~Crikey!I'd love to tour some of your homes, they sound nice! We have about $10K that we've personally paid down and about $20K more in property appreciation in the 6+ years we've lived here.~
