Default Inspirational Art - "Be Free" no credit!!!

Recently cut up all our cards and decided to make a statement with them.

The saying on it are, near the top the devil says...you are pre-approved....then under that ...the borrower is the servant to the lender. The peace sign says ....cut them up and you will have peace. ...Under that it says....Possessions gained hastily at the outset will in the end not be blessed.

Then it says ....wealth quickly gotten dwindles away, but amassed little by little it Grows!

    Peace
    Holly

I just checked out your ebay link.... very cool stuff! The 'City on My Mind' painting is incredible... of course, I'm a city girl!

Congrats for getting out of debt. You've found a much better use for all that plastic!

I've just ordered Dave Ramsey's book. I hope that one day soon I can be out of debt also...

Well, we aren't totally out of debt yet, but we have paid on half of our credit card debt already within just months, we settled with some of them, and we are selling one of our vehicles to pay off the others and then buy a cheap car. Cutting up those darn cards is the best thing we have ever done.
When I sat down and wrote out what we owed it was overwhelming.

I have sold more art, and we are planning on selling stuff from our garden this summer in hopes of paying the rest off. Then it's only the mortage to worry about.

Thanks for the nice comments on the painting!

    Peace
