    Default yipee, house payment going down again

    We just got the new payment statement, our payment dropped again. Its only $6.00 a month, but it didn't go up!

    They even stuck a note in that next year taxes will be alot cheaper because of all of the foreclosures & the economy.

    Thats great news for us, well, we don't plan on selling anytime soon.
    The bad part is,, the house value dropped. This is gonna really hurt people trying to sell.

    That's great, ours went up but only by a little less than $2 a month, congrats to you though!
