    Default For those with escrow/impound accounts

    Check your escrow balance!
    I requested and got 2 checks for overages recently from Countrywide.
    I used their website in my account to send them a request for a check.

    If only I would have done it sooner!

    Check 1 May 29: $720.73
    Check 2 June 22: $479.52

    wow, that is great. We have only ever gotten 1 check back and that was when we switched mortgage companies.
