I ditto what Donna says. "ME" time is SO very important. Ok here goes:
Take lunch to work every day.
Journal everything that goes into my mouth
More water intake
Read daily devotion in the morning
Eat out only twice a month
That's all I can think of right now, my head is banging from a sinus allergy.

My goals are having to start late this month because of house sitting for my mom... and fireworks. Haha.
But so far my goals are
* Start making a dinner menu again
* Try a different grocery store to see about better deals, this month Country Mart.
* Eat healthier, buy more fruits and veggies less sugary snacks.
* Put at least $50 towards CC

My July goals:
-lose 5 more pounds (already lost 1 so far this month)
-continue cutting out my afternoon snack (this helps with the first and third goal listed)
-spend no more than $500 on groceries/household/hba (includes diapers)
-eat all leftovers, don't throw any food away
-work on cleaning routines..I have a good one set up, I need to get the habits in place now
-stick to my Bible reading schedule (doing one of those read-in-a-year programs)
-declutter the house
-sell at least four things on ebay, one per week (one down already)
-get my son potty trained! HAH! (someone tell HIM that, please)
-continue to simplify my life while getting more organized
...and all of these things will contribute to my final, main goal this month:
-add $1500 to savings account at end of the month

Let's see...July Goals
1. Finally get Chase Credit Card Paid off.
2. Evatuate and perhaps move my last high interest card to a lower interest card. May or may not pan out to be good idea depending upon transfer rate and length of time need to pay off.
3. Have Garage Sale (This will be happening this weekend; it's a neighborhood garage sale.)
4. Related to #3 go through the house and gather all the things that can be put in garage sale.
5. Oil change and windsheild wiper changes.
6. Make dinner one night a weekend instead of going out to eat both days. (I've been doing pretty good on this one the past few months.)
I'm sure there's more stuff going on.Have a nice day. Traci

Two Goals for July,
(1) We used our savings etc to buy an investment property so I will be trying to get the emergency fund started back up, hoping to have $500 in there by the end of the month.
(2) Dh has a van, I want it sold to beef up savings. We have a car as well so we don`t need both. He is away working until Saturday so when he gets back I would like a for sale sign on it lol.
Our house is up for sale so that is spotless, I can`t believe the clutter we got rid of. I didn`t realize we had so much until we started going through ever nook and crannie. I have always had a junk drawer but even that is bare lol.

July Goal
We are trying to spend as little as possible since my husband may be on strike come AUgust 3 - I would think the labor union and the company will come up with something we can all live with by then. But if they don't I want as much money in our savings so that we don't have to raid my credit cards. It took a while to get them down / paid off that I don't want to do it again!!!
Here are my goals:
1. Save all change - put in my savings for XMas (may be used if they go on strike though)
2. Put AT LEAST $20 a week into our high yield savings account. More if the budget allows it.
3. No extra buying... even if it is on clearance.. need to get mom a present for bday but that 's it.
4. No eating out the rest of the month.

My goal this month is to record every dime I spend. Using an online budget for this and it has helped amazingly. It is sort of like Weight Watchers. If I know I have to write it down I am less like like to eat it or spend it.
I am also trying to save up for some big expenses that are necessary, and one not so necessary. I bought a new fridge this month, which is due, since mine is dying a slow horrible death, leaking all over my floor and whining loudly. Next month it will be a stove since mine is now down to three working burners and no oven, and then after that I really want a bedroom set. Just something that all matches. At 38, I really want to finally own some new bedroom furniture. Kind of silly but there you have it.
