    Default Microsoft Money

Does anyone else you it. I just started and I love it. I can download all my banking and finance accounts to one place to manage them. My bank with my checking account and mortgage, my bank with my savings account, dh 401K account, and our money market and mutual funds will all be accessible in one place. Plus, it tracks our expenses, all I had to do was set up an initial budget!

Yes I just started a month ago, I've set up triggers so I know when we've spent too much on eating out or groceries.

We use MS Money here, too. We can't download a lot of our accounts since most of our stuff is at a local credit union, but the records are handy. I also like the portfolio tracking - it makes it easy to keep track of all our investment accounts in one place.

I personally prefer Quicken, but DH likes MS Money better - it's not a big deal to me, so I don't push it.

I used to use it for everything but after a major computer crash a year ago I went back to paper for the check book. However I do use it to track spending. I set up a dummy account as a cash account with a beginning balance of 10000000. All of july I put in everything we spent (cash, debit etc) so I can see the end of the month reports. Kinda silly but it works!

We used to use Money but it didn't sync with our bank, so we switched to Quicken. Love them both!

I use it for our business. I started to use it for our personal accounting but Excel seemed easier. I'll have to rethink it though.
