My turn...no more car payments!!!
Dh sent out the LAST VAN PAYMENT this morning 
We are now the proud *owners* of this beautiful 2002 Ford Windstar w/ 58,000 miles

(pic taken last year on the first day of school...it's the only picture I could find lol - but it looks exactly the same).
We have NO CAR PAYMENTS!!! Dh's two sports cars are paid for (have been for years) we paid cash for his truck & now my van is paid for. Wooohooo!!!!

WOOOHOOO! Doesn't it look even prettier when it's paid for? But shhhh, don't tell the van you're done paying or it'll feel left out and find something to "do" to get attention, lol!

Bring on them baby steps...
Step 1: done
Step 2: waiting on amount, hubby had followup colonoscopy, I had visit to ER with followup procedure
Step 3: to follow, won't know aim until things settle
Step 4: to follow, currently at 6%
Step 5: grown child
Step 6: huge mortgage ANNIHILATED!!
Step 7: ahhhh....
