Well Dh a I are selling our home...been in it about a year. Got a transfer. I have to admit I'm kinda glad. I think we bought a little too much home. Mortgage payments, taxes and insurance in running approximately 2000 a month. Still debating whether to move into another mortgage or stay in rental for the time being. Especially since we most likely will be selling the house for a loss.
