Another "Thank Goodness for EF" Moment
DH just called me from Midas. He has my car up there because earlier this week I noticed a VERY intense grinding noise from the brakes. I thought it could go until this weekend and after all I JUST noticed it....welll....it's gonna cost $200 to have the rotors replaced. Apparently the problem has been there for a while and the rotors are now ruined...can't be turned because they will be too thin..so they need replaced. Geez...and this close to Christmas.
Wouldn't you know I would also get this long lecture from the DH....that's kinda hard to take when also having to dish out $200 buckaroos!
Like I said...Thank Goodness for that E.F.!!Donna F.

I agree, thank goodness for the EF, now you have to rub it in DH's face when he lectures you about it, I mean that is what an EF is for.

Thank goodness for the EF......those darn men : ) I bet he was glad that you had the EF fund though....and I bet the reason that he really gave you the lecture was because the mechanic told him a scary story about how bad they were and your DH was scared to think of something that might have happened.
Kind Regards,
leezza

Good for you that you had that EF set aside! Even though its expensive and you hate to shell out the dough, I know there is a certain peace of mind knowing that you have the money all ready for instances such as this.

So glad to hear that you have the EF to cover the repairs AND that they were discovered & fixed before you had an accident!!! You & your family remain safe & sound, & you're only out $200.
