YAY, two cards paid off, 3 debts to go...
So we have finally paid off our cards!! They were paid off back in april and then it when downhill, we bought a wii on one, then we put the transmission on the other and it was a downward spiral...but now they're done!! I'm going to call our phone company to get our bills paid with my visa and dh has his monthly gym membership (I know...not very frugal but he insists and it keeps him active) charged on his. SO we're doing that so we at least are using them to build up our credit, but only on something that we can pay off, then we're hiding them. I'm hiding DH's and he's hiding mine...Now we have the 3 loans left (eek)...oh yeah, and we have our EF funded again!!! YAY PROGRESS!!

10734/33900 = 23166 paid!!!
Savings
2500/1000 - BEF fully funded!!!

Short term goals:
- $2,000: to set up my consulting business. DONE! INVESTED ANOTHER $5000!
- $4,000: down payment gift to daughter to bring her down payment on a house to 20% and avoid PMI. ON HOLD.... her offer wasn't accepted...
- $1,500: pay off Student loan ALMOST THERE!
- $1,200: pay off credit card (was disputing with creditor (ALL PREDATORY FEES charged on ZERO BALANCE), but I'm giving up the fight to make this go away...) PUT OFF till June/July
- $11,600: Pay off Cornerstone car loan by end of May 2011 DONE
- Complete tax returns by February 15th DONE
Long term goals:
Continue to follow a modified Dave Ramsey plan to pay off debt. Progress has been made, but there is much to do...
