Ugh...when it rains, it pours!
Well, when it rains, it pours!
Our bad month got worse. First it was interest on one of our credit cards going up suddenly, then it was having our identity stolen and fraudulent charges going on our debit card, now I had to take my car into the shop for repairs to the tune of $700! :surprise: Of course, we have no emergency fund yet and no funds available to handle it, so guess what....went on a credit card.
I'm so frustrated! It seems like we just can't get ahead. Even if we get a little bit ahead, we get slammed with something else. It's just a vicious cycle.

That's a bummer, I'm sorry.
It always seems that all the bad things happen at the same time. Things will get better, though. As soon as you can, try to start putting some money away and little by little you'll have your EF built. I'm sending good vibes
your way that good things come your way soon. Hang in there!

It does rain and really pour sometimes
. Get your emergency fund together of $1,000 as soon as you can. I know it's hard. I have been reading the Total Money Makeover and one of the suggestions is to sell things you don't need anymore. Whether it's on eBay or at a yard sale or pawn shop. Yes somethings are hard to part with - but they can always be replaced. Peace of mind is another story. If you can get the book - get it - it really does help. Until then I am also sending you good vibes and understanding of I have been there and done that! Something good will come your soon!!

Put a small amount away each week and build up that EF. I hope this all looks up for you soon.
