One debt left!
I am making my last $200 credit card payment in January. Once that is made I move on to the very last debt, my property taxes which are more than $2000 in arrears. (I do owe my parents some money but they will not accept any until everything else is paid off)
So the plan for my property taxes is this: I want to pay $1000 on Feb 1st, when I am expecting my last arrears payment from my ex husband - I will be getting $1300.
At the end of February, when I do my taxes I willbe getting a return of more than $2000. The rest will be paid in full at that time, and I will NEVER get behind like this again. It is too hard to make these huge payments.
Wish me the tenacity to stick to this!
