    Talking Added another PIF!!

    I never thought those 3 letters (PIF=PAID IN FULL) would mean so much to me. I tell my husband, I'm collecting dancing bananas (see signature) 1 dancing banana per paid cc. LOL We've just polished off the 2nd cc and I'm snowballing towards the 3rd one plus the Xmas presents are all paid. Hopefully this 3rd cc will be done by August. Woo hoo!!

    The 1st place I started was groceries and whatever I saved there I started putting on the 1st cc (every week!!). And I started tracking where we had been spending our money by using the bank statements since we pay everything by debit. I was able to set a "reasonable" budget for things like restaurants, video rentals, etc. The money we were spending in these categories was insane. Now we still spend occasionally and actually enjoy it more cuz it's not as often. Every little bit you do can go a long way
