Default Filing amended tax returns - question

I am filing 7 amended tax returns. 1 for Ohio, 3 for Colorado and 3 federal returns. So my question is, can I mail these in the same envelopes? Can I mail all 3 federal at the same time together or should I mail everything separately so no one gets confused. Thanks!

are the amednds for the federal or state tax portion of your taxes?

There is no state tax in Texas but I know in some states you do have them.

I wouldn't think you could mail them in the same envelope, and I wouldn't take any chances.

I would do a search online for addresses for each state and where to send amended returns.

I meant could I mail all 3 to CO in the same envelope and all 3 to the fed in the same envelope. Sorry if I was confusing. We had to adjust our gross income, which caused changes in both the federal and state returns. Thanks!

I'd mail all returns by themselves. The IRS is easily confused!!

We amended 3 federal returns this December and mailed them all together. They recommended that we do it that way and they processed everything in a timely matter and all was well.
