    Talking Tax issue resolved...

    Had a rant letter all ready to go to the IRS over the payoff problem we were having and decided I'd all one more time before mailing the letter out. Glad I did! The lady I spoke with was so helpful and made my day...our account is showing as paid in full !!! I asked her if I could get that in writing & she laughed and said sure ! So I stayed on the line while she generated the payoff letter & she told me we should have it in 3-5 days!!!
