    Default Orange Banana Leather

    place frozen orange juice in blender
    add 2-3 bananas
    strawberries (optional)

    Puree mixture and pour on oiled leather sheet. Dry until you can peel off and turn over leather. The oj concentrate takes quite a while to finish--plan on 20+hours.

    Do not dilute mixture.


    Optional:

    if you don't want just one sheet of leather, drop by spoonfuls onto oiled leather and you'll have mini leathers.
