    Default Triple coupons rock!

    I hit the triple coupon sale at A&P yesterday. I was a bit disappointed, as usual, they were already out of much of what there was coupons for, but it was so worth the trip. I got:
    8 lbs of ground chicken
    2 tropicana fruit punch
    2 smithfield bacon
    2 dozen bagels
    2 20ct ziploc bags
    1 shout advanced
    1 bag cat food to donate
    2 120z wacky mac veg. mac
    1 lb borden singles
    6 yoplait yogurt
    2 6 oz sliced turkey
    2 zatarans rice mix
    2 rice a roni
    1 ajax dish det
    1 lg carapelli oil (the $8.99 bottle)
    5 pepsi 2lt
    1 suave body wash
    3 Lawreys marinade
    8pc deli fried chicken
    3 pkg fresh strawberries
    3lb fresh bag salad
    2.5lbs bananas
    1 suave deoderant
    1 colgate toothpaste
    2 sm redpack tomatoes
    Before coupons, card etc 139.90
    After card, markdowns, coupons etc.... 69.35 Yeah, I hope to get back tommorow to see if they have restocked baby wipes and the other stuff they were out of.

    jersey girl i dont bother with ap for that very reason..they are always out of stuff and i dont like what they carry..i really hate that store..its the one in metuchen right?

    Wow!! Great deals! I just love shopping when the stores have triple coupon days (few and far between here) - I always tell my DH "Don't freak out when you see the total"! He is always amazed how much the coupons take off, and never complains when I ask him to help me clip and sort them.

    No triples here, but my stores do double up to .99, so I am very lucky there.
