Default Did anyone use the Walgreens coupon today?

I got an email about it, but I don't really know how to do all those crazy deals yet. I was wondering if anyone used their coupon, and if so, what did you get?

    Please share!

I am on my out the door to go there now. Here is my plan of attack:

4 12 packs of Coke products = $12.00 (but I will get back $3.00 in RR to be used in my next transaction)

2 Ban deodorants = $1.49 each ($2.98 total) after Walgreen's coupon (plus I have two $0.75 off manufacturer coupons)

    2 Geisha canned fruits = $0.79 ($1.58 total)each after Walgreen's coupon

    3 cans of tuna = $2.00 after Walgreen's coupon

1 Advil = $2.99 (but I will get this back through our flex spending account)

Total = $21.55 (but then you minus the two $0.75 coupons for the Ban deodorant and the $5.00 Walgreen's and that brings you to $15.05)

I also have a GC with $5.50 on it so my OOP will be $9.55 and I will have $3.00 in RR plus will get back the $2.99 or the Advil next week from our Flex account. When all is said and done = $6.56 oop.

Then DH will come behind me and purchase a fan that is $24.99. Take away the $5.00 coupon and he will use the $3.00 in RR bringing the OOP to $16.99 for the fan. Plus, there is a $5.00 rebate on the fan so after all is said and done, the fan will cost me $12.00.

    Did that make any sense?????

I did, nothing terribly exciting, but here's what I got:
4 12 pack of Diet Coke 11.00, got 3.00 RR
1 Calcium chew FAR 6.99 again, FAR
    1 Electrosal Tab 2.99 -. 75 c/o and will get 1.00 on rebate
    1 picture printed .19

After the coupons were taken off, my total was 15.53
    I will get back 7.99 + the 10% (about 8.80)
I got back 3.00 in RR

    15.53-8.80-3.00= 3.73 not bad, eh?

I used mine mostly to replenish my dwindling paper products stockpile. Here's what I got...

    6 rolls paper towels
    3 boxes tissues
    30 double rolls toilet paper
    1 pkg napkins
    2 bottles dish soap
    5 lbs. sugar
    Nail Polish Remover

It was about $23 after coupons and ended up costing me about $15 out of pocket after I redeemed my EasySaver gift card.

Not great, but still an OK deal since this will last us quite a while.

It takes quite a while when you do it by mail (maybe 6 weeks??) Next time submit it online. It's so fast. I acutally got my May card before my April card (I sent Aprils in and did Mays online)

Yup! And boy was it fun! I got a nice cashier who let me do it twice. I did the Dove deal for much needed shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and lotion . I got a few other things to make the $20 twice. I got lots of Puffs and Pringles (wish I remembered about the tuna). I used my Dove coupons, $5 in RRs, and received $10 more in RRs. It was a great day at Walgreens!!

Sounds like everybody else did great too!

Forgot to mention I transferred a prescription and got a $25 gc too! !!!!!!!!!!!!!

I used it. Total spent was 30.72 cents and total savings was 30.92. I got Zac a razor, 5 coke 2 liters, trashbags, deoderant, Nutripals drinks, jello, lifesaves (bogo coupons, using them as potty training treats!) Bodywasg and thats it.

I noticed something pretty cool in our Walgreens----someone had went thru and taped coupons to items in the store!! So on Zac's razor it was originally 8.99 on sale, I had a 4.00 off coupon bringing it down to 4.99, then someone had taped a 1.00 off coupon on it, bringing it down to 3.99.

    I used to it too.

    (2) Father's Day Cards
    (2) Cottonelle TP (has rebate)
    (2) Tin Foil (with coupons)
    (1) Free Maalox (with coupons)
    (1) Almost free Maalox (with coupons)
    (1) Band Aid (my coupon didn't work)
    (1) Wax Paper

My regular cashier is really good about letting me get the most for my money, but the little stipulation on the coupon about the discount being AFTER all other coupons kind of messed my game plan up.
