I purchased this item at Christmas to help me work out while the weather isn't very cooperative. I needed something that'd keep my interest and this does the trick.

It gives you choices in your workout and has a tracker within the game. It comes with a heart rate monitor, game and elastic bands to use. The workout that I chose was very short, but it was medium difficulty. There's warm-up, workout and cool-down exercises within the game. It took 20 minutes to complete and I'm worn out!

I'd highly recommend this if you have an XBox 360. The Kinect bar is also needed, which I got for Christmas from DH.
