Publix has changed sale dates
Publix changed their sale dates. Now instead of running from Thursday morning until Wed night they are running from Monday morning until the second Wed. So a week and a half. Guessing maybe saving on sales ads? Went in to get a couple more jars of pickles at the BOGO before going off sale tonight and the sale had ended Sunday night.
Just letting Publix shoppers know in advance....a week and a half might be good tho. 3 times a month instead of 4...we'll seeBank of America is THE godfather of Hell with Wells Fargo running neck and neck. When the world ends the only things that will be left are cockroaches, Walmart, Wells Fargo and Bank of America. Not necessarily in that order. The order remains to be seen.

We don't have Publix, but this confused me. The second weekend - after the second Wednesday - will there be no sale until the new ad comes out on Monday? That would hurt people who have to shop on the weekends. Or will they overlap? Or this this just showing how totally confused I really am?

They always do this the week before and after Easter. It is not a permanent change. It will go back to the normal Wed/Thur to Tue/Wed dates next week. *Some areas (like mine) run their sales Wed to Tues instead of Thur to Wed.

Ahhh...the sale started this past Monday and will run until May 5th. ( no calendar in front of me )....so yes, will run from past Monday thru this weekend plus the upcoming week until May 5th...so a week and a half for one sale.
