Ziplock XL storage bags
Found these at Sam's yesterday....
Ziplock XL bags. Measurements: 2 FEET by 1.7 feet! They're the size of a large shopping bag, clear blue, made of heavy plastic.
My first thought when I saw them was how perfect they'll be for storing my wreaths, which are currently in trash bags. I also think they'll be good for storing toys and clothes DD has outgrown-- less bulky than boxes. I'm thinking of keeping one in the car for use at Aldi's or other stores that don't provide bags.
Anybody else tried these?

would be good for in the car too to carry a change of clothing for kid accidents, etc, or for storing emergency supplies in the car...ooooh! how about using them to store fabric to save for other projects, or yarn you are gathering for a specific project? Oh, i could think of millions of uses i bet, thanks for the heads up!

I've not seen them that big! I've used the 2 gallon ones as a travel pillow--- insert straw in corner, blow up baggie, carefully remove straw and close bag quickly.

I can't find the 2 gallon size any more! I really want some more, too, because they're the perfect size for scrapbook layouts. I even searched online and didn't find anyplace that sells them. The ones I had all got used for packing and then tossed during our move in the fall.Originally posted by sunshine

I love these huge bags. They are really handy and when we find them on sale, we buy up a couple extra boxes.
