King Arthur Flour Deal

Food City has a month long deal on King Arthur Flour -B1G1. Just went to get some tonight, and I got 4 bags of their wheat flour for $1.39 a bag! I would have bought even more, but that's all they had. Might have to check back later this month. In the meantime, seeing that much KA flour in my pantry makes me smile

How nerdy is that?

What makes King Arthur better than other flours? I've seen it at the grocery store, but I don't think I've ever bought it.

Shopgirl, I think it's better because it's produced the old fashioned way. It's stone ground, unbleached and just basically less processed. Plus it has a super great texture. It doesn't clump together at all. I've just really been impressed with the quality. Until I started using it I just thought flour was flour.

Seatosea, I can't believe you can get it for $1.99. That's great. Here it's usually $2.79 a bag.
