    Default Good Target trip!

I just LOVE Super Target. They have great prices on groceries (less than Super Wal-Mart in most cases). Another great deal is the Super Target printable coupons! Just go to the target.com website, scroll down to the bottom of the page and click on grocery coupons. This week there is a coupon for Coca-Cola products, save $1.00 on a 12-pack. These are also on SALE 4/$10, so the price for one with the coupon is $1.50! They frequently have coupons for fresh meat and produce, too. I saved over $30 with manufacturer's coupons and store coupons today at Super Target. My total after coupons was $27.23. Here is what I got:

    (1) 22 oz. non-dairy coffee creamer (store brand)
    (2) 24 oz. Mott's Cinnamon applesauce
    (1) 16 oz. I Can't Believe It's Not Butter spread
    (2) 4-packs of Dannon Le Creme yogurt
    (1) 4-pack of Dannimal Drinkable Yogurts
    (1) 16 oz. frozen corn (store brand)
    (1) 16 oz. frozen brocolli, cauliflower, carrot blend (store brand)
    (1) 12 oz. package of Hebrew National All Beef Franks
    (1) 8 inch Freshetta 4 cheese pizza
    (1) Lean Cuisines Dinner Selects Lemon Garlic Shrimp dinner
    (1) can of Muir Glen organic diced tomatoes with basil and garlic
    (1) 18 oz. Jif peanut butter
    (1) 12 oz. Smucker's Blackberry Jam
    (6) single serve General Mills cereals (Cheerios and Lucky Charms)
    (1) King Size can of Pringles
    (2) 6-packs of Sun-Maid raisins
    (1) box of 6 Quaker Breakfast Cookies
    (1) "Petite" French loaf (from store bakery)
    (1) 16 oz. bag of long grain white rice
    (1) 16 oz. bag of Great Northern beans
    (4) 12-packs of fun-size Twix candy bars (25¢ a package with coupon)
    (1) pound of seedless red grapes
    (1) cantalope
    (2) 12 packs of Coca-Cola
    (1) 24 pack of Market Pantry (store brand) bottled water

My total before coupons was $59.xx. I used a $5 off $50 grocery purchase coupon that Target mailed to me, a number of the printable coupons, and manufacturer's coupons. DH was very happy to get the Twix.

I wish the Super Target store was a little closer to my house, it is about 10 miles away. I only go there about once a month. There is a regular Target that is a little closer, and they carry most of the items, but no meat, produce or in-store bakery. The regular Target does have a small frozen food, and dairy section, as well as cereal, canned goods, etc. They accept the Super Target printable coupons for the items carried in the smaller Target stores.

You can use the Target printable coupons at Target also. I have done that many times and have gotten great deals. I plan to do it again today to get some more items that I have been wanting to get.

Great savings thou for everything you got!!

Super Target usually beats out the bigger warehouse stores in our area when the local news does the market basket comparison....the only thing I wish Target did was put out a grocery flier....I also work at Target HQ so I also get the employee discount on dry grocery items, and I "think" dairy....not meat or produce though...

Love when I find "clearance" items in the grocery isle at Super Target...can get some great deals there!!
