Their press release isn't very clear. Is this available to everyone or is it only for children?
Well, with Wally's and their drug program, other similar retailers have to do something to keep up. In Florida Target was price matching the Wally's pricing but I don't know if they are doing it for the other states as well.

Select Savemart stores are also offering the same type of offer. I hope we don't need anymore this season but if we do, I'm gonna get them free!
