My Deal of the Day

I hope getting this deal on the 1st of the year bodes well for the next 364 days.

We got a new computer for Christmas and when I was transferring my data and loading my programs I could not find my copy of our financial software to load. To make matters worse it was all but brand new as I had just upgraded in 2006

I figured I would try to make it through Jan and save the $$ for it. But, we really need the software so that I can keep track of what I am doing - lost way too many brain cells to children.

I was decluttering my office area and came across my bag of three used ink cartridges that I had meant to take to an office store for $$. When I went online to see if they were still doing it I noticed that our financial software had an immediate rebate of $15 - making the program only 14.99. I took the three cartridges I had ($3.00 trade in each) and purchased the program for $5.99

I just wish I could have found the other two cartridges I know are around here somewhere.

LOL Amy, I know just how you feel! I know if I could just be more organized I would save more money, time and frustration. So much stuff to keep track of though! Let's hope we get lots of decluttering done in 2007! Glad you got the rebate, and I'm sure the software will show up when you least expect it!

By the way, I didn't know you could get $ back for used ink cartridges! Thanks for the idea.
