    Default My Toilet Paper Deal!

    Toilet paper went on sale this week: Cashmere 8 pk. @ $1.99 (half price). Well, I happened to receive two coupons for Cashmere toilet paper -- buy 2 pkgs., get $3.00 off. So I bought 4 packs.

    4 pks. @ $1.99 = $7.96
    2 coupons = -$6.00
    Tax = $3.07

    So I got 32 rolls of toilet paper for $3.07, or about $0.09 per roll! The cheapest toilet paper I have seen at regular price was $0.20 per roll! So that's less than half price!

    Go me!

    Great deal.
    I have a fixation of running out of TP.
    I always have to have a couple hidden just in case. ( there have been times in the winter when thats came in handy for being snowed in )

    Very cool!!! TP is one of the things I have to keep stocked as well. I would probably be ok with the "family cloth" thing if we ran out. DH on the other hand would probably have a cow!

    I gotta ask...why so much tax? $3.07 on a $7.96 purchase? That seems outrageous!

    Hehe my DC and I use cloth wipes instead of TP, but my DH *has* to have regular toilet paper. Last time I bought some was at Sam's and I think it's going to last us until Christmas, if not longer, since he rarely needs to use any... hehehehe He thinks I'm a weirdo hippie, but he's more of the mindset of, "Well as long as you don't expect me to use it..."
