    Default Clothes shopping today!!!!

Tonight, we have a dance to go to. I wasn't going to get anything new to wear, but my mil thinks I should have something new.

Anyway, I've gained some weight, and most of my skirts don't fit anymore. I just need to let the waist out, but I'm being lazy.

I was driving down the street and saw Goodwill. I pulled in, quickly found a nice skirt. It was 2.99. I got to the register and it was 50% off. So I paid $1.49 for a skirt.

I couldn't find a sweater to go with it. Looked at walmart, then went to Kohls. Found a sweater for 50% off, so I'm thinking $15 isn't too bad, considering how much the skirt was. I went to pay for it and it rang up for $6.00

I got a new outfit for tonight for $7.50.

I called dh and told him I got something new and the cost started with a 7. He was thinking $70, but he should know that I'd never spend that much for one outfit.

My dh thought I looked beautifult.

It was a black and red pleated skirt. It's 100% polyester, but looked much nicer. It has a paisley type print.

The sweater is just black with the cable knit design on the front. I'm not sure if that's what you call it. I wanted just a plain black sweater, but for 6 bucks, who cares!!!!!

    It was fun.

It was well worth the money spent. No one could believe how much my outfit cost.
