    Default Walgreens and Wal-Mart deals today!

    I am soooo proud of myself. The time it takes to look at coupons, check money saving mom's blog, and look on here, has paid off because I got some free and next to free things today.

    Walgreens

    2 Excedrin sinus headache 24 ct. sale for 1.99 each - 2 coupons for 2.00= .2 cents profit
    Campbells soup at hand 1.79 each got 2 and used 2-2.00 coupons=.42 profit
    Since they don't actually give you the money back I got 2 bags of plastic eggs discounted to .24 each and picked up some sidewalk chalk for 1.00

    Total spent: 1.37!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
    Total saved 14.50

    Walmart
    Honey Bunches of Oats chocolate clusters 3 boxes @2.28 -3/2.00 coupons= .84
    Sunsilk Shampoo 2.97 - 2.00 coupon = .97
    Sunsiilk styling aide 2.97-2.50 coupon= .47

    add a box of taco shells at 1.04

    Total spent 3.68!!!
    Total saved 10.50

    I also signed up for my CVS card today but didn't see any sales I could benefit from. Overall, the best shopping day ever!!!!!!

    Wow! You did good at Walgreens. I never get any of the good coupons to use. Our inserts are horrible.
