Braided Easter Egg Bread
We made this recipe last year and it was a hit with the kids so I thought I would share it!

That is too cute! Do you just eat around the eggs? I thought maybe they were hardboiled with the shells removed, but it doesn't look like it, you use the egg in the shell right?
I might have to try making one of these for Easter! Maybe I can make a couple and take them to the neighbors for a little Easter surprise!

They are uncooked in the shell . . . you just tuck them in the braids of the bread and they hard-boil as the bread cooks in the oven. Then we just cut the kids a slice of bread with a pretty egg in it and they pop the egg out and peel it just like a regular ole hard-boiled egg. The color bleeds a little though . . . I think it be just as pretty with undyed eggs, too. HTH.
