Easter egg tree, where to find?

I want to make easter egg ornaments, but I need a tree to hang them on...I checked michaels online site, and they didn't mentoin selling anything like that.

Where can i get one, or how can I make one?

Heather, I'm not sure about there, but here you can purchase them at the Dollar store.

My great aunt used a small artificial christmas tree.

Can you find a suitable branch to use? Paint the branch white, or some other pastel color. You could decorate an empty can of the appropriate size and use plaster to "plant" the branch in. Use some of that moss stuff or ground coffee to cover the plaster.

I've seen them at the Dollar Tree and nice hard cardboard ones at the 99cent only stores.

Here's one made out of twisted wire, it's easy to make.......
Get a large bundle of wire, colors, length, depending on what size tree you would like.... Twist all wires at the bottom to make the trunk, separate the wires at top to make branches, twist and gnarl them to your liking.... set in a pot of foam or plaster ...

This one by the way is a mere $68.00 from Martha Stewart....... LOL

This one can be done from copper wire, it's soft and not too hard to work with............................

I went to the mall and, major bummer, no dollar store there!

Looks like I have to put more effort to this now
