thanks carolyn, yes the kids loved it! they kept sneaking the candy as i was decorating it!
the pic is kinda dark, makes it look yellow, but it is actually white (cool whip and coconut).

I love these cakes! I can remember my mom making one for me about a year before she died, and I've made one for dd a couple times. I think it is so adorable and it's even fun to make! Yum, never had a chocolate one, yum!
