Question What will you be eating on Easter Sunday

Both turkey and ham are on sale this week. I always purchase a nice ham and think I will again this year.

What do you normally have for Easter Sunday?

No idea here at all. Usually it's ham but I don't think Mel has decided. He knows I'll eat anything as long as he cooks it for me.

    You mean besides chocolate?

I am not really planning anything special. I might make a casserole of ham and scalloped potatoes. I have a tiny (6 oz.) can of chunk ham in the pantry. We can not afford to buy a whole, or even a half ham. We are not having guests or anything, just the three of us. I might make a jello fruit salad to go with it.

LOL Missy, I think pregnancy brings out your *funny bone*!

So far for us it is pork tenderloin, which will be marinaded and grilled. Now to figure out the side dishes. Dad can't have anything with seeds, so I am leaning towards apple pie and maybe a peach cobbler for dessert.
