Unhappy My baby started preschool today

I miss her so much already. Seems like it was yesterday that she was born It's far too quiet in my house right now.

I hope she's having fun and not missing me.

Michelle... I know, just how you feel! Yes, our babies grow too fast...Now, don't be too sad. Do something very special for you. Or do something special for her return..?

What is keeping you busy this morning?...Have you got more of your beautiful quilting to do?

Thanks Lucie--I know all moms get like this, but I'm usually in much better control of my emotions! I haven't allowed myself to cry the way I really want to

I went to the grocery store after I dropped her off, and now I'm getting a bite to eat. In a bit I'll probably tackle cleaning the upstairs bath and vacuuming the stairs. Then it will be time to pick her up (I need to leave here at about 11:45).

Michelle, when I dropped my last one off for his first day of kindergarten, he waved goodbye to me and ran off. I broke down and did the crying for him.

I wish you a wonderful day Michelle.

Michelle, maybe a good cry could make you feel better? ...You're in my thoughts.

awwww! Milestones like this sure are bittersweet aren't they? Even when my ds went off to college, I cried like a baby after we left him. LOL Felt like he was going off to Kindergarten all over again.

I hope she had a fun day Michelle! Are you feeling better now?

    Hi Eileen

She's going on M, Tues, and Fri from 9-12. Now we have no excuse not to get together and scrap or quilt

She did well. Refused to eat the banana I sent for her snack and told her teacher that she doesn't like bananas (she does LOL). No other incidents to report. She seems excited to go back tomorrow, so we'll see
