sticker book
Cornelia sent Zachary some stickers. Thank you!
As soon as Zachary saw them he asked me to make him a sticker book. (he has one in school)
In family fun magazine I saw this idea, but changed it a bit to make him a little sticker book. The cover is made from the plastic of a gallon milk jug.If you'd like to help support Frugal Living by Sara Noel, my syndicated column, e-mail, write, or call the managing editor at your local newspaper and ask them to publish it in print or online. Inside I just used construction paper and hole punched. I didn't have the milk cap pieces or the metal rings. lol I just quick chained up some yarn. hehe
I think this was cute as the original idea with photos and could be cuter in other shapes than I did.
I know he'll be excited though. He must have asked me three times...Can you make me a sticker book?
As an afterthought, (I know this is so silly and quite anal of me, but oh well) I was thinking I could have contac papered the construction paper so the stickers could be lifted and moved.If you'd like to help support Frugal Living by Sara Noel, my syndicated column, e-mail, write, or call the managing editor at your local newspaper and ask them to publish it in print or online. Gabe asks...what are you doing??
I said making Zachary a little sticker book.
He asks...what is the plastic from?
I told him and got that look.
I really need to get out more often. lol I was all happy over it because I can't wait to see Zachary's face.
Hey, I waited a long time to do fun little things for my kids.

That is SO cute!
DD loves stickers too, (but so do I, and it's not good fighting with a 6yo over stickers
)
I've always bought her sticker books but they are soooo expensive for what they are.
I LOVE this idea!
