Do your kids have to take the school bus?

The little wimps, lol. The kids here on the West side get to take the town bus. School is only 8 blocks from my house (3 blocks straight up hill ) My front porch is also the bus stop.

Back when I went to school we had to walk.......

I drive 35 minutes to get dd to school and then 40 minutes to get me to work. Reverse for the afternoon. My butt gets numb by the time I get anywhere

madison rides a school bus to school. we live in a very rural area. she is one of the last few to get on the bus, so she isn't on long though! (thank goodness)

I take them to school and pick them up. Too far to walk(not to mention crappy(pardon my french) sidewalks) and too close for the bus. It's the pits.

Kathryn *can* take the bus and does in the afternoons. Most of the time my dh takes her in the morning. If he can't, she rides the bus to school too.

She rides the bus. Although it's only like a 5 min. ride. The school busses everybody in our housing area because they all go to the same school.

Yes-They take the school bus-I have 4 dks and we have 2 different buses.

One takes about 1/2 hour to go the 5 miles to school and the other one takes 45 mins to go the same 5 miles

Our district has determined that the curve near the school (school is out of town) is a hazard and there for ALL kids must ride the bus, drive or be driven to school. They CAN NOT walk or ride a bike to school.

Mine drive themselves.
