    Exclamation Success at last!

Each year when we've begun our school year, I've always wondered how successful our last year has been and how much the kids might have lost over the summer months.

We always do a review the first couple of days so that I can see where they are, what they've remembered and to see how much review we might have to do.

Ds is fine but I was concerned about dd has she has always struggled with both math and reading. Well we've had success - she remembered all her math and she learnt to read over the summer months. Today she even read the word prosperous and Scandanavia, and words such as Europe, manufacturing and dominated. Success at last!!

It is always so neat when you see that your child has done something that you always wondered if they would or not. Makes me feel pretty proud of her!!
