Update on Nicholas and his mouth.
It is much better today. He stayed home from preschool yesterday because it was still hurting. I was able to take a look at it. He cut the little strip of skin that attaches your upper lip to your gums in two!! He also sliced his upper gums, which are still bruised. He bruised and cut his bottom lip too. But the swelling went down. I called the nurse and she told me to give him Motrin and ice and if the swelling didn't go down by today to bring him in. Well, it is better! YAY!! I still feel so bad. Like I could have prevented it, but I know that I couldn't. I feel like a bad mommy!!! At least he didn't loose his tooth!! Thank God for that.

I am so glad he is feeling better. YOUR NOT a bad mommy, this stuff happens, my son jumped on the couch and hit the lamp when he was 3, big black eye and all. So glad he is doing better. now for you to feel better.
