Default Guess How Old Bart Simpson Really Is?

As of this Sunday, he's 30. The little rascal has been ten years old for twenty years. I remember when the show came out and I was the same age as Lisa!

Can you believe that the Simpsons has been part of our lives for 20 years? I can't get over that. We've been listening to talk of donuts, blue hair, second grade, nuclear power plants, pink cars, Quick-ee Marts, squishees, Moe's Tavern and "Hi-didily-ho, neighbor-inos!" for 20 years.

Is it wrong for a television show to make you feel old?!

    Don't have a cow, man!
If you could kick in the pants the person responsible for your problems, you wouldn't be able to sit for a month.

Did you know that a 4 year student paying $20,000/year who finances their education graduates with over $103,000 in debt to start? But a student who works and pays cash and takes 6 years to graduate ends with $6,300 in their pocket! So much for "getting a head start by financing!"

I had just started dating my husband when the series premiered.

I remember watching it on dates. We once talked about if we would let our children watch it. Who would have thought that the series would have lasted long enough for us to actual have to decide if we would let the kids watch it.

    Ah, the memories

Think I might just have to pull out our Simpsons sing the Blues CD
