what she's been up to lately

Last sunday we found out Ayla can climp up her highchair! However she can not get back down yet

Just lastnight, was the first time she ate a crayon! Not the whole crayon, but enough so that it was smeared allll over her face, and alll over her hand, and up her arm..it was hilarious, but i was mortified at the same time! And of course she wanted to run and give me a BIG ol' hug with that all over her when she saw me

She also loves stickers, and I have a bunch of these purple flower stickers ..now I find them all over, on her rocking chair, the dining table chairs, bathroom floor, now there is even one on the bottom of the tv screen. I like them though, they are like a pleasant reminder to me of her, so I'm just going to leave them as long as I can. Oh and its the cutest thing and melts my heart when she comes up and puts stickers on my face

Yesterday while I was fixing her lunch, she kept sayiang "SEH SEH SEH" like she really meant something important by it.. And then later in the day i was telling Carl that she said 'SEH' A lot, and she whipped her head around, flashed me a huge grin and said "SEH!" As if to say, "Yeah mommy you know what I mean now!" Awww if only I did!!

Oh yesterday she turned 17 months

That is such a great age. I am glad you are enjoying it. It will be gone so quick.

Yes it is a great age. Jackson is 20 months old and he's into everything! He likes the toilet right now! YUCK I know!! And one morning I went to get him up and he took his diaper off...yep you guessed it.... He had pooped and it was ALL over his face!!!!! My son...sitting in there eating poop!! I called dh at work bawling!!!
This was right after my morning sickness kicked in and I was gagging and eventually threw up.It was soooo groossss!!!!!!!!!!!!
Ok--Don't ask why i had to share that story with you all LMAO!!!

oh my gosh that is sooo gross! I'm so afraid of ayla doing that because she's recently started taking off her p.j.s and diaper, a couple times we've caught it off her, but luckily no poop yet

Yes it sure does bring back some memories. Roman pooped in the tub once, That was so gross. Glad your enjoying it, just remember to have fun they grow up so fast.
